Will it fix every problem automatically?

Vycko can automatically fix everyday problems that are suitable for it to handle. Some issues, such as a broken part, still need a person. If that happens, we’ll explain the next step in plain English.

Does my computer need to be switched on?

Yes, it needs to be switched on and connected to the internet for Vycko to check and care for it. When it’s turned off, those checks wait until it’s connected again.

Can you look after more than one computer?
